Chainsaw pants by default are heavier than normal, due to the extra layers of protective padding, ad this is further exacerbated when wearing Design C pants (with rear protection as well as front).
Unfortunately, this can lead to pants slippage, which is extremely annoying - unless you wear a belt done up really tight, or even better, a set of these superb quality pants suspenders.
